On the night of November 11, Russian occupation forces shelled a residential area of Mykolaiv. One of the missiles hit a five-storey building, said Mayor Oleksandr Senkevych. At least five people died. President Zelenskyy called the attack 'a reaction to Ukraine's battlefield successes'.
