Russian official reports explosion at a farm in Belgorod region. Vyacheslav Gladkov, the governor of Belgorod region, said the explosion at a farm in Kozinka village occurred as a result of a strike, apparently blaming Ukraine. Kyiv has not commented on the allegation.
