Anyone still flirting with an idea of the Marshall Plan for Russia when doctors in Odesa are bracing themselves for manually pumping lungs of the hospitalised kids? How come that idea was deemed 'fair' by Navalny's people in the midst of the war that Russians' aren't sorry about?
