Russia's missile attack on Vyshhorod has killed five people (UPDATE). According to Deputy Head of the President's Office Kyrylo Tymoshenko, the number of casualties from Russia's strike on Vyshhorod has risen to five. Around 20 people have been injured, Tymoshenko said.
