Communication has also stabilized in Cherkasy, Lviv, Rivne, Vinnytsia and Chernivtsi oblasts. In other regions there are still difficulties. The biggest ones are in Donetsk and Zaporizhzhya oblasts. Some telecom companies can still work on generators.
