The town of Shebekino, Belgorod Oblast, which is located 8 km from the border with Ukraine, had power lines damaged on November 27, "as a result of shelling", reported local governor Vyacheslav Gladkov. Some buildings lost electricity and water supply. Restoration is ongoing.
