Russian forces shell Nikpol overnight. Russia attacked three communities of the Nikopol district in southern Dnipropetrovsk Oblast overnight on Nov. 28, Governor Reznichenko said. Thirty Russian shells landed in the communities, he said. No casualties were reported.
