Since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, more than 11.5 million Ukrainians have moved within Ukraine, left abroad or were abducted by the occupiers, stated Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Kateryna Pavlichenko at a briefing.
