I just sent $8,000 to Rodion Neher. He’s a soldier with the 92nd Mechanized, he was badly wounded in a landmine blast near Kupyansk. His brain and skull was seriously damaged, he understands everything, but he can’t talk. And he’s half paralyzed. But he’s slowly recovering.
