Ukraine need not ask anyone for permission to strike the enemy, NSDC Sec Oleksiy Danilov said on the NTA TV channel, RBC-Ukraine reports. "We will be capable of anything, because when it comes to our interests, we will not ask anyone – where and where we need to hit the enemy."
