Russian troops shelled Dnipropetrovsk Oblast yesterday. The Nikopol district again came under fire, regional governor Valentyn Reznichenko said. Russians terrorized two communities—Nikopol and Marhanets—with Grad, Uragan, and heavy artillery. No one was killed or wounded.
