Explosions were heard in Russia's Belgorod on the morning of May 22. Local authorities reported that air defenses were operating over the city and the surrounding district. However, one person was killed and eight others were injured, according to Vyacheslav Gladkov, governor of Belgorod Oblast, and RIA Novosti.
