One VDV BTG traveled with OMON+ SOBR attachments (some have SWAT-like capabilities) at the leading edge, perhaps to neutralize local Ukrainian leaders/authorities. Based on how these orders are laid out, seems like they assumed an uncontested march to their final objective. (/4)
