Russian troops shelled Kherson Oblast 71 times yesterday. They fired from artillery, multiple rocket launchers, mortars and tanks, says regional governor Yaroslav Yanushevych. Having targeted residential areas of Kherson, they hit the river port, private and apartment buildings.
