Zelensky’s address to a joint meeting of Congress will be at 2:30 a.m. Kyiv time. There will be many late-night watch parties in Ukraine—at least among those who will have electricity and Wi‑Fi, and assuming Russia doesn’t launch another aerial attack on power infrastructure then.
