Russia strikes at civilian infrastructure in Kramatorsk, Donetsk Oblast. According to Kramatorsk Mayor Oleksandr Honcharenko, 12 apartment buildings, three private houses, and two educational institutions were damaged as a result of the attack. No casualties were reported.
