In Ukraine, there is a project called 'I Want to Live' for Russians who wish to surrender. Since September, around 4,500 Russians have contacted the chatbot and hotline, according to Vitaliy Matviyenko, spokesman for the Coordination Headquarters on Prisoners of War.
