Major General Kyrylo Budanov, Chief of Ukraine's Defense Intelligence (DIU), visited the frontline town of Bakhmut in Donetsk Oblast on December 27-28. Special Forces reconnaissance officers are currently operating in the area, the agency reported on Telegram. Earlier, President Zelenskyy had also visited the war-torn city of Bakhmut.
