Russian strikes leave 90% of Lviv without electricity

As a result of Russian strikes this morning, 90% of Lviv was left without electricity, says Mayor Andriy Sadovyi. Trams and trolleybuses do not run in the city. There may also be interruptions in water supply. Critical infrastructure facilities will work on diesel generators.
