SBU suspects two military officers in civilian attacks

The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has announced suspicions against two military officers for attacking civilians: Sergey Kobylash, former commander of Long-Range Aviation (suspected of ordering shelling from Tu-95 and Tu-160 rocket carriers), and Igor Osipov, former commander of the Black Sea Fleet (accused of ordering strikes using Kalibr missiles between February and August).
