Serhii Gotsuliak, a lieutenant colonel of the Ternopil unit of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, died in the Kharkiv region while conducting demining operations. He was only 42 years old. RIP, Serhii. Russian mines continue to kill Ukrainians even after Russian forces have retreated.
