Latvia and Estonia both announcing large aid packages for Ukraine today – Estonia sending all of their FH-70 155mm howitzers, a number of 122mm D-30 howitzers among other matériel. Latvia sending Stinger MANPADS, two Mi-17 transport helicopters, machine guns and UAVs.
