Zelensky also announced sanctions against 22 Russian citizens he says “under the guise of spirituality, support terror and genocidal policy.” He likely means leaders of Russia’s Orthodox Church and/or its branch in Ukraine. Not all decrees appear to be posted or don’t name names.
