Head of procurement Bohdan Khmelnytskyi and Deputy Minister of Defense Vyacheslav Shapovalov were dismissed following a scandal involving allegations that the military purchased food at inflated prices, according to Anastasia Radina, chair of the parliamentary anti-corruption committee.
