Maksym Marchenko, head of the Odesa Oblast Military Administration, announced that enemy aircraft are in the air and Kalibr missile carriers are at sea. Up to 20 enemy missiles are expected, said Vitaliy Kim, head of the Mykolaiv Oblast District Administration.
