Ukrainian border guards shot down a second Russian warplane in a week near Bakhmut in Donbas, reads the website of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. The plane, probably a Su-25 attack aircraft, was hit by a foreign-made portable anti-aircraft missile system.
