This morning, Russian occupation forces shelled the town of Nikopol in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, once again. The attack killed a 53-year-old woman and wounded an 87-year-old pensioner, reported the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Military Administration Serhiy Lysak.
