US Secretary of Defence Lloyd Austin confirms France and Italy are sending MBDA SAMP-T air defense systems to Ukraine, after the Ukraine Contact Group meeting. The SAMP-T has the capability to intercept tactical ballistic missiles, unlike many of Ukraine's current systems.
