Russian occupation forces launched a massive attack on Ukraine on the night of February 16, the head of the Presidential Office, Andriy Yermak, said. As a result of the attack, the occupiers hit the north and west of Ukraine, as well as Dnipropetrovsk and Kirovohrad Oblasts.
