Estonia’s €4B ammo plan for Ukraine gets tentative support from Netherlands, Romania

Estonia's proposal to invest about €4B for the joint purchase of 1,000,000 rounds of ammunition for Ukraine has received tentative support from the Netherlands and Romania. EU may make this decision as early as March. This plan will allow increase of European capacity sevenfold
