U.S. President Joe Biden attended a meeting of the Bucharest Nine in Warsaw to discuss continued support for Ukraine and a response to Russian aggression. The Bucharest Nine includes Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, and the Czech Republic.
