Explosions heard in Mariupol. Eleven explosions were heard in occupied Mariupol on the evening of Feb. 21, Mariupol City Council reported. Preliminary information indicates that Mariupol’s Zhovtnevyi and Kalmiuskyi districts were likely hit, according to the city council.
