Russian occupation forces shelled the village of Novotiahynka in Kherson Oblast with artillery, said the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin. The shelling killed two elderly people on the spot – an 81-year-old woman and a 68-year-old man.
