Ukraine has accused Russia of sabotaging the grain corridor, set to resolve the global food crisis, by deliberately slowing down inspections. Foreign Minister Kuleba and Infrastructure Minister Kubrakov say over 140 ships are waiting for checks, some in a queue for over a month.
