On the morning of March 1, Russian troops shelled Chuhuiv in Kharkiv Oblast, according to Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration. A 52-year-old man was hospitalized with a shrapnel wound, while a 13-year-old boy sustained minor injuries.
