According to Synegubov, during the day, the occupiers shelled the settlements of Chuhuyiv and Kupyansk districts. The shelling of Kupyansk, which took place after 11 pm, destroyed at least five residential buildings, outbuildings, and caused fires. Other public buildings were also damaged.
