Russian forces continue to suffer heavy losses in manpower. Medical facilities in the temporarily occupied part of Ukraine are overcrowded with seriously wounded soldiers, and soldiers are almost never evacuated to Russia for treatment, says Deputy Defense Minister Hanna Malyar.
