According to Deputy Prime Minister Olha Stefanishyna, the interim oral assessment of Ukraine's progress in fulfilling the EU's "candidate criteria" is expected to occur at a meeting of the EU General Affairs Council in May, with preliminary talks possibly being held in Kyiv.
