On the morning of March 14, Russia launched a missile strike on Donetsk Oblast's Kramatorsk, killing one person & wounding at least three, said Governor Pavlo Kyrylenko. Earlier the same day, Kyrylenko reported three civilians killed & 14 more injured in Russian attacks.
