German Chancellor @OlafScholz welcomed a decision by @ICC to issue an arrest warrant for Putin, saying it showed that 'nobody is above the law'. Justice minister @MarcoBuschmann vowed to arrest and extradite Putin if he sets foot on German soil. No more visits to #Germany then.
