Starting March 26, a shortened curfew will be introduced in Kyiv – from 12 to 5 a.m. This order was signed by Kyiv City military governor Serhiy Popko. The changes "will make life of Kyiv residents & visitors more comfortable & civilized" as the security situation allows this.
