Russia launched another drone attack last night. Out of 21 drones launched, air defenses shot down 16. In the Kyiv region, a dormitory was hit, killing three people and injuring seven. There may still be people under the rubble. Rescue operations are ongoing, according to the Kyiv regional police (@SESU_UA).
