Ukraine's Prosecutor General Andriy Kostin and ICC Registrar Peter Lewis have signed an Agreement on the opening of the International Criminal Court Office in Ukraine, reported @GP_Ukraine
. The agreement was signed on March 23 at the International Criminal Court in The Hague.
