The Ukrainian Cabinet has invalidated a 2013 decree issued by the Azarov government that transferred the buildings and structures of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra monastery to the Ukrainian Orthodox Church – Moscow Patriarchate for free use, announced Culture Minister Oleksandr Tkachenko.
