On March 31, Russian occupation forces shelled Avdiyivka in Donetsk Oblast, killing a 5-month-old boy and his grandmother. The child's mother and father were injured, regional governor Pavlo Kyrylenko said. According to him, the woman previously outright refused to be evacuated.
