Vladlen Tatarsky, a propagandist who called for the killing of all Ukrainians, died in a blast at a café in Saint Petersburg. The Russian citizen joined the military after the occupation of the Donetsk Oblast. Later, as a collaborator, he started a blog aimed at fueling hatred toward Ukraine.
