There is a communal collapse in the occupied Donbas. In some cities, water is almost nonexistent. The situation is particularly dire in Alchevsk, even though it is located near the Seversky Donets River. Residents are collecting and melting snow just to flush toilets. Where Russia is, there is always a cesspool.
