Deputy Head of President's Office Andriy Sybiha told FT that Ukraine is ready to start negotiations with Russia on Crimea if Ukrainian Armed Forces approach the peninsula, but this does not mean that Ukrainian govt is ruling out the option of the Defense Forces liberating Crimea.
