April 7 is World Health Day. Since the start of Russia’s full-scale war, 1,574 medical facilities have been destroyed or damaged in Ukraine. The World Bank estimates that rebuilding Ukraine’s medical infrastructure will take 10 years and cost $16.4 billion.
