The State Bureau of Investigation (SBU) is investigating the death of a border guard outpost commander in Volyn Oblast, who arrived at the scene where an excavator triggered a mine, according to UA:PBC. On April 6, a border guard was killed by a mine explosion in the village of Pulemets, Kovel district.
